Our founder and principal, Rick Pass, discovered his passion for technology in the late 1970s while programming on a Radio Shack TRS-80 Model I. That early curiosity led him to earn a degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts and embark on a diverse career spanning multiple industries.
During the tech boom of the late 1990s, Rick played a key role in developing websites for major clients, including 3M Post-it Notes, Racal Electronics, and several Boston-area biotech firms. His work also earned industry recognition when he designed a version-control-based extranet for Philips Electronics’ public relations team, winning a CIPRA award for technical excellence in 1999.
Since its inception, Incaworks has expanded its reach, providing IT solutions to financial services firms, biotech companies, nonprofits, and small businesses across various industries.
